The six-course dinner will include culinary entries from the best of Phuket’s luxury resorts. Each chef will create one dish paired with wine to form an impressive six-course charity dinner.Their combined efforts will provide diners with a unique experience whilst raising funds for a worthy cause. “The Good Shepherd Sisters is a remarkable charity, so we are delighted to continue supporting them,” said Mr. Peter Komposch, General Manager of Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket. “I’ve been most impressed with the way the organisation helps to change lives for the better.
