“Sharing is Caring” with Millennium Resort Patong Phuket

Millennium Resort Patong Phuket (MRPP) ushered in the festive season by hosting a Christmas party at the Sussex House Orphanage.  This event is part of their “Wishes to Share Project”- caring campaign to support various activities designed to help the children of the Sussex House, an Orphanage which is supported by New Life Foundation.

It was a wonderful evening for spreading love and care. All the children and staff of the Sussex House enjoyed a delectable buffet prepared by the Millennium Resort and received their Christmas presents from Mr. Peter D. Gibbons, General Manager and were entertained by the staff members of the Resort.  This is the third consecutive year that the Resort has organized this event which also includes hosted outings and trips throughout the year as well as giving them birthday cakes with personal birthday cards.  The Millennium Resort also provides any college graduates from the orphanage with an opportunity of an internship at the Resort.

About Sussex House:
Sussex House was established with financial help from Sussex School Children, the West Sussex County Council and the Sussex Police in England in respond to the Tsunami disaster of 2004.This has been supported ever since by New Life Foundation which was officially formed in 2006 after the Tsunami. This self funded shelter takes care of children who through various circumstances have been left abandoned.
