Having found its sweet spot with BAKE, Twinpalms is once again firing up the Phuketdining scene with some zesty rotisserie delights at FLAMEPHUKET, Thailand, April 2, 2011 — Twinpalms, Phuket‘s Most Exciting & StylishContemporary Hospitality Group, is getting ready to open a sizzling new addition to itsrepertoire of acclaimed eateries. Opening this June, FLAME will offer Phuket’s resident andvisiting gastro-pleasure seekers some hot new flavours and the island’s first GardenRotisserie.

Set adjacent to BAKE Cherng Talay, the stylish cafe-bakery that has drawn in a bevy of

bread-loving fans since its opening last year, FLAME will satisfy those craving something at

the more savoury end of the spectrum. Among the enticing menu items are wood-fired oven

pizzas, a range of roasts including chicken, baby pork ribs and beef ribs served with salad

and French fries, kebabs stuffed with chicken, beef and lamb fresh off the spit, and a nice

choice of beers to wash it all down.

FLAME’s attractive open-style building will offer a tantalising chance to see the chef in action

preparing the perfectly seasoned dishes, which can be picked up and enjoyed in the shaded

patio space next door or in BAKE’s air-conditioned interior.

FLAME will be open daily from 10:00 to 22:00 hrs., with take away and home delivery

available for those who prefer to enjoy their meals in the comfort of their own home or hotel

room, or have a bite with colleagues at the office.
